Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, test methods, test classification and conditions, test procedures, data processing, test error, test result evaluation and test report for the heat loss test and thermal insulation effect evaluation of urban heating pipeline insulation structures. This standard is applicable to the heat loss test and insulation effect evaluation of urban heating pipelines, pipeline accessories, and insulation structures of pipeline joints for hot water with a heating medium temperature of less than or equal to 150°C and steam with a heating medium temperature of less than or equal to 350°C .
