Scope

This standard specifies the system requirements, system functions, performance indicators, system detection and testing methods, and data exchange methods with other systems for the real-time dynamic monitoring master station of the power system. This standard applies to power system real-time dynamic monitoring master stations installed in dispatch centers at all levels and control centers of power plants.
