Scope
This standard specifies the general specifications for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty in chemical composition analysis and the gravimetric method, titration method, spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, spark Discharge atomic emission spectrometry, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, infrared absorption method and thermal conductivity method, gas volumetric method to determine the measurement uncertainty evaluation method of carbon content.
