Scope

This standard stipulates the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of SWZ type large integral bearing seat cross shaft universal coupling (hereinafter referred to as universal coupling). This standard applies to universal joints that connect two transmission shafts with different axes. Its slewing diameter is 600 mm~1 200 mm, the transmission nominal torque is 1 080 kN·m~9 000 kN·m, and the axis bending angle is 10°.
