Scope

This standard specifies the principles, basis, grade division, items, methods and grade judgment for the evaluation of geosynchronous orbit communication satellite flight results. This standard is applicable to satellite research and development departments to judge the flight results of geosynchronous orbit communication satellites based on on-orbit test data from the separation of satellites and rockets to the delivery to users.
