Scope
This standard specifies the basic methods, requirements, test parameters and test items for the service quality level of dynamic road traffic information for public travel, and data quality evaluation. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the quality of road traffic information services for public travel, including but not limited to communication methods based on FM broadcasting, general packet wireless services, digital audio broadcasting, and the Internet.
