Scope

This standard specifies the power consumption parameter configuration and test methods for mobile terminal equipment in standby, call, data service applications and other service applications and functions. This standard applies to mobile communication handsets, including single-mode and dual-mode mobile terminals of GSM (GPRS)/CDMA/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA and other standards, and does not apply to special application equipment for enterprises and industries.
