Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for information security management of government departments, and is used to guide the information security management work of government departments at all levels. If this standard involves confidentiality work, it shall be implemented in accordance with the confidentiality regulations and standards; if it involves encryption work, it shall be implemented in accordance with the national encryption management regulations. This standard applies to government departments at all levels, and other units can refer to it.
