Scope
This standard specifies the basic technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of 1000kV double circuit breaker connection or one and a half circuit breaker connection circuit breaker relay protection devices. This standard applies to 1000kV double circuit breaker wiring or one and a half circuit breaker wiring circuit breaker microcomputer relay protection devices (hereinafter referred to as devices), as the basis for the design, manufacture, inspection and application of such devices.
