Introduction
National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 29381-2023 "Tebuconazole Suspension Concentrate" is the latest standard issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration, which is used to regulate the technical requirements, inspection rules and quality assurance of tebuconazole suspension concentrate. This standard replaces the old version GB/T29381-2012, and has made a number of revisions to the technical indicators and test methods to meet the new needs of the development of the pesticide industry.

Compared with the old version of the standard, GB/T 29381-2023 has made the following important adjustments:
- Deleted content: Deleted the density determination and product inspection and acceptance chapters.
- New content: Added technical indicators for 25%, 30% and 50% specifications, as well as low temperature stability and hot storage stability requirements.
- Technical modifications: Modified the suspension rate determination method, pH value range and persistent foaming judgment criteria.
Technical Indicator Interpretation
According to Table 1, the technical indicators of tebuconazole suspension are as follows:
25% specification: The mass fraction of tebuconazole is 25.0±1.5%, and the mass concentration is 270±6g/L;
30% specification: The mass fraction of tebuconazole is 30.0±1.3%, and the mass concentration is 325±6g/L;
430g/L specification: The mass fraction of tebuconazole is 38.5±1.9%, and the mass concentration is 430±21g/L.
Test Method and Application
The new version of the standard introduces high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography as arbitration methods for the determination of tebuconazole content. Quantification by internal standard method ensures the accuracy of the results. The suspension rate is determined using the method of GB/T14825-2006, combined with analysis of actual application scenarios, such as application cases in crop protection.
