Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the economical operation of lighting facilities, maintenance of lighting facilities, management of lighting facilities and evaluation of economical operation of lighting facilities. This standard applies to the operation, maintenance and management of lighting facilities, and also applies to the new construction and renovation of lighting facilities.
