《GB/T 29805-2013信息技术 学习、教育和培训 学习者模型》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC36（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会教育技术分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了学习者模型的语法和语义、学习者个人信息、学业信息、管理信息、关系信息、安全信息、偏好信息、绩效信息和作品集信息模型。
本标准适用于为不同特征的学习者信息库的建设并且在不同系统之间实现对学习者信息的迁移和共享,提高学习者信息数据的可移植性,同时保证用户数据安全、隐私和完整。

Scope

This standard specifies the syntax and semantics of the learner model, learner personal information, academic information, management information, relationship information, security information, preference information, performance information and portfolio information models. This standard applies to the construction of learner information databases with different characteristics and realizes the migration and sharing of learner information between different systems, improving the portability of learner information data, while ensuring user data security, privacy and integrity.
