《GB/T 2981-2001工业车辆充气轮胎技术要求》由TC19（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会）归口，TC19SC1（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会汽车工农业机械轮胎轮辋分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业车辆充气轮胎的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和包装及使用和保养。本标准适用于平衡配重式叉车、牵引车和平板车等工业车辆充气轮胎（包括外胎与垫带）。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging as well as application and maintenance of the pneumatic tyres for industrial vehicles.
This standard is applicable to the pneumatic tyres (including cover tyres and rim tapes) for such industrial vehicles as balance weight type forklift, tractor and flat car.
