《GB/T 30083-2013铜、铅和锌矿及精矿 计量方法的精密度和偏差》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC2(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会重金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了各种计量方法的偏差、精密度和某一计量方法所得质量的精密度的计算方法。
本标准是以通过数据统计确认计量方法无偏差,计算方差衡量其精密度并且考查在其工作范围内计量的线性程度为基础的。根据适用条款采用的校准方法和性能检测结果可以用来定量计量方法的精密度和偏差并确定计量装置的线性。
本标准用于计算车载或船运精矿湿重计量方法的偏差,作为贸易双方运输、保险、预付费和最终结算的依据。
静态秤的应用要求货物质量至少不低于1t以便于校核,并且该质量应符合秤的量程。用一系列覆盖称重装置整个工作范围的标准质量物作为外加载荷来估算其精密度和检测其整个工作范围线性,确认其校准状态的过程。


Scope

This standard specifies the calculation methods for the deviation and precision of various measurement methods and the precision of the quality obtained by a certain measurement method. This standard is based on confirming that the measurement method has no bias through data statistics, calculating the variance to measure its precision and examining the linearity of the measurement within its working range. Calibration methods and performance test results, as applicable, can be used to quantify the precision and bias of the metrology method and to determine the linearity of the metrology device. This standard is used to calculate the deviation of the wet weight measurement method of the vehicle or ship concentrate, as the basis for the transportation, insurance, prepayment and final settlement of both parties in the trade. The application of static scales requires that the quality of the goods should be at least not less than It for easy checking, and the quality should be consistent with the measuring range of the scale. The process of using a series of standard masses covering the entire working range of the weighing device as an external load to estimate its precision and test the linearity of its entire working range to confirm its calibration status.
