《GB/T 30098-2013实验室用磁力驱动反应釜》由TC526(全国实验室仪器及设备标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了实验室用磁力驱动反应釜的术语和定义、产品结构、基本参数、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于容积不大于24L、设计压力不大于35MPa、设计温度范围按材料允许的使用温度确定的实验室用磁力驱动反应釜。
本标准适用于碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢以及钛及钛合金、镍及镍合金、锆、钽等有色金属制造的实验釜。
本标准不适用于非金属材料制造的实验釜、直接用火焰加热的实验釜及操作过程中可能产生压力剧增,反应速度达到爆轰的实验釜。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product structure, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of magnetic drive reactors for laboratory use. This standard applies to laboratory magnetic drive reactors (hereinafter referred to as experimental kettles) with a volume not greater than 24 L, a design pressure not greater than 35 MPa, and a design temperature range determined according to the allowable operating temperature of the material. This standard is applicable to experimental kettles made of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel alloys, zirconium, tantalum and other non-ferrous metals. This standard does not apply to experimental kettles made of non-metallic materials, experimental kettles directly heated by flames, and experimental kettles that may cause a sharp increase in pressure during operation and whose reaction speed reaches detonation.
