《GB/T 30134-2013冷库管理规范》由TC119（全国制冷标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了冷库制冷、电气、给排水系统,库房建筑及相应的设备设施运行管理、维护保养要求和食品贮存管理要求。
本标准适用于贮存肉、禽、蛋、水产及果蔬类的食品冷库,贮存其他货物的冷库可参照执行。
Scope
This standard specifies the operation management, maintenance requirements and food storage management requirements for cold storage refrigeration, electrical, water supply and drainage systems, warehouse buildings and corresponding equipment and facilities. This standard applies to food cold storage for storing meat, poultry, eggs, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, and cold storage for other goods can be implemented by reference.
