《GB/T 30169-2013地理信息 基于网络的要素服务》由TC230（全国地理信息标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为自然资源部(测绘地理)。
本标准规定了一种不依赖数据存储方式的处理和访问地理要素的服务的行为规范，它定义了发现、查询、锁定、事务操作以及管理存储的参数化查询表达式的操作。

Scope

This standard specifies a behavior specification for services that process and access geographic features independent of data storage methods. It defines operations for discovery, query, locking, transaction operations, and parameterized query expressions that manage storage. Discovery operations allow querying the capabilities of a service and retrieving the application schemas provided by the service that define geographic feature types. The query operation allows to obtain the value of the corresponding feature or feature property from the data store based on the constraints defined by the client on the feature property. Locking operations allow exclusive access to features for the purpose of modifying or deleting them. Transactional operations allow the creation, modification, replacement, and deletion of features in a specified data store. Stored query operations allow clients to create, delete, list, and describe parameterized query expressions, which are stored on the server side and can be called repeatedly with different parameter values.
