Scope
This part, as an extension of GB/T 30170-2013, specifies the conceptual model for describing spatial references with parameter values or functions. It adopts the model of GB/T 30170 2013, which combines a position expressed in coordinates with a parameter value to form a spatial-parametric coordinate reference system (CRS). This spatial-parametric coordinate reference system can be extended to include time. This section applies to producers and users in the field of environmental information. Parameters that are attributes of spatial locations or features but are not related to spatial reference are not included in this section.
