Scope

This standard gives systematic guidance and suggestions for iron and steel enterprises to establish, implement, maintain and improve their energy management systems. This standard is applicable to iron and steel enterprises of various scales, specifically including: ironmaking, steelmaking, ferrous metal casting, steel rolling processing, Smelting, metal products and other industries.
