《GB/T 30260-2013公共机构能源资源管理绩效评价导则》由TC20（全国能源基础与管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准给出了公共机构能源资源管理绩效评价的相关术语和定义、能源资源管理绩效指标、内部能源资源管理绩效评价方法、外部能源资源管理绩效评价方法。
本标准适用于公共机构内部的管理者对其能源资源管理绩效进行评价,也适用于公共机构节能管理部门对不同公共机构的能源资源管理绩效水平进行比较评价。其他为公众服务、非盈利组织可参照使用。

Scope

This standard gives the relevant terms and definitions of energy resource management performance evaluation of public institutions, energy resource management performance indicators, internal energy resource management performance evaluation methods, and external energy resource management performance evaluation methods. This standard is applicable to internal managers of public institutions to evaluate their energy resource management performance, and also applicable to the comparative evaluation of energy resource management performance levels of different public institutions by energy conservation management departments of public institutions. Other public service and non-profit organizations can refer to it.
