《GB/T 30290.4-2013卫星定位车辆信息服务系统 第4部分：车载终端通用规范》由339-1（工业和信息化部（电子））归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
GB/T30290的本部分规定了卫星定位车辆信息服务系统(以下简称系统)中车载终端的基本组成、要求、测试方法、检验规则、包装、运输及贮存等内容。
本部分适用于采用卫星定位技术、采用公众移动通信网络或专用移动通信网络、具有信息服务功能
的车载终端研制和生产。采用其他定位技术的车辆信息服务系统车载终端亦可参照执行。

Scope

This part of GB/T 30290 specifies the basic composition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of vehicle-mounted terminals in the satellite positioning vehicle information service system (hereinafter referred to as the system). This part applies to the development and production of vehicle-mounted terminals using satellite positioning technology, using public mobile communication networks or private mobile communication networks, and having information service functions. The vehicle terminal of the vehicle information service system using other positioning technologies can also be implemented as a reference.
