《GB/T 30335-2013药品物流服务规范》由TC269（全国物流标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了药品物流服务的基本要求，仓储、运输、配送、装卸搬运、货物交接、信息服务等作业要求，以及风险控制、投诉处理、物流服务质量的主要评价指标。
本标准适用于药品流通过程中的药品物流服务。药品生产过程中涉及的药品物流服务可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for pharmaceutical logistics services, operational requirements for warehousing, transportation, distribution, loading and unloading, cargo handover, and information services, as well as the main evaluation indicators for risk control, complaint handling, and logistics service quality. This standard applies to pharmaceutical logistics services in the pharmaceutical distribution process. The pharmaceutical logistics services involved in the pharmaceutical production process can be implemented by reference.
