Standard Framework and Technology Evolution

GB/T 30420.2—2019, as the second part of the sewing machine terminology system, focuses on the professional field of embroidery machines and constructs a terminology system with six modules, including basic terminology, product classification, mechanism components, and control systems. This standard incorporates new technical terms such as laser cutting and intelligent detection into the specification for the first time, reflecting the industry's development trend from mechanization to digitalization and intelligence.

2.1 Basic Terminology

  2. Chain stitch machine(2.2.1.2): specially used for towel embroidery, the needle speed can reach 1200rpm
  3. Super multi-head model(2.2.1.4): ≥80 head configuration, the vibration control problem needs to be solved
