《GB/T 30421-2013工业用缝纫机 缝纫机、缝纫单元和缝纫系统的安全要求》由TC152（全国缝制机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准适用于为包括服装和鞋类、皮革制品、衬衫、袜类和针织品、内衣、手套、室内装饰和包装业、修鞋等行业的(工业、商业或试验)专业用途而设计的缝纫机、缝纫单元和缝纫系统,本标准为此类缝纫机、缝纫单元和缝纫系统认定了存在的危险,规定了相应的安全要求。
本标准不考虑此类机器在其他行业中使用和维护时可能产生的危险。
本标准的安全要求适用于在干燥、管理良好、整洁的环境中加工干燥缝料的机器。对不在干燥、管
理良好、整洁的环境中使用的缝纫机、缝纫单元和缝纫系统,应有更严格的安全措施:例如,装外壳以提高防护等级(IP 代码―――参见 GB4208)[2]。
本标准旨在帮助制造商在设计机器时就考虑降低或消除本标准规定的用途和维护中所产生危险的风险。4.2~4.8列出了与重大危险和危险情况相对应的安全要求和措施。重大危险是指那些被认定且评估为需要采取措施以降低风险的危险。
本标准不适用于步进移动机身类缝纫机、鞋底缝纫机和符合ISO11111
[23]的大飞梭绣花机、属于
[6]范围内的集成缝纫系统或符合 GB4706.74
[3]的家用缝纫机。
注:当家用缝纫机用于专业用途时,则有必要按本标准要求采取相关措施(例如,使用护指装置)。

Scope

This standard applies to sewing machines designed for professional use (industrial, commercial or experimental) in industries including clothing and footwear, leather goods, shirting, hosiery and hosiery, underwear, gloves, upholstery and packaging, shoe repair , sewing unit and sewing system, this standard identifies the dangers that exist for such sewing machines, sewing units and sewing systems, and specifies the corresponding safety requirements. This standard does not take into account the hazards that may arise from the use and maintenance of such machinery in other industries. The safety requirements of this standard apply to machines processing dry sewing materials in a dry, well-managed and tidy environment. For sewing machines, sewing units and sewing systems that are not used in a dry, well-managed and tidy environment, stricter safety measures should be taken: for example, casings are installed to improve the degree of protection (IP code - see GB 4208). This standard is intended to help manufacturers consider reducing or eliminating the risk of hazards arising from the use and maintenance specified in this standard when designing machines. 4.2~4.8 lists the safety requirements and measures corresponding to major hazards and dangerous situations. Significant hazards are those that have been identified and assessed as requiring action to reduce the risk. This standard does not apply to sewing machines with stepping and moving bodies, sole sewing machines and large shuttle embroidery machines complying with ISO 11111, integrated sewing systems within the scope of GB 16655 or household sewing machines complying with GB 4706.74. Note: When household sewing machines are used for professional purposes, it is necessary to take relevant measures in accordance with the requirements of this standard (for example, use finger guards).
