《GB/T 30538-2014文件管理应用 办公文件彩色扫描的质量控制》由TC86（全国文献影像技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC86SC1（全国文献影像技术标准化技术委员会质量分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了评价办公文件彩色反射扫描随时间推移的彩色输出质量一致性的测试方法。本标准适用于评价办公室使用的彩色扫描仪的输出质量,尤其适用于所扫描的办公文件中含有半色调和(或)连续色调部分的情况。测试方法无需使用通常在办公室内不配备的专用设备对测试结果进行评价。测试方法是基于目视检查,通过对比办公文件扫描输出与原始测试标板而进行。本标准不适用于仅仅扫描黑白文件的扫描仪,或者仅仅扫描透明或半透明文件的扫描仪。本标准需要同GB/T20493.1―2006与GB/T20493.2―2006结合使用,这两个标准规定了评价办公文件黑白扫描仪输出质量的测试方法。

Scope

This International Standard specifies test methods for evaluating the consistency of color output quality over time for color reflectance scans of office documents. This standard is suitable for evaluating the output quality of color scanners used in offices, especially for scanned office documents containing halftone and/or continuous tone parts. The test method eliminates the need for evaluation of test results using specialized equipment not normally available in offices. The test method is based on visual inspection by comparing scanned output of office documents with the original test target. This standard does not apply to scanners that only scan black and white documents, or scanners that only scan transparent or translucent documents. This standard needs to be used in conjunction with GB/T 20493.1-2006 and GB/T 20493.2-2006. These two standards specify the test methods for evaluating the output quality of office document black and white scanners.
