《GB/T 30546-2014典型电气绝缘材料(EIM)对聚合物回收的适用性》由TC301(全国电气绝缘材料与绝缘系统评定标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准提出了电气设备典型绝缘材料与聚合物再生利用和(或者)再使用相关的评估要素信息。该评估信息有助于开发人员和设计工程师选择高分子材料和聚合物制品,且有助于资源保护,使产品生命末期处置成本最小化。应依据绝缘材料在产品及其整个服役寿命中的功能来评估高分子材料的环境兼容性,而产品生命末期的材料回收是其重要因素之一。可以通过采用适当的产品拆解设计,并对通常使用的绝缘材料做出选择,以提升回收方案的材料再生利用量。本标准只涵盖回收中的材料再生利用。


Scope

This standard presents information on evaluation factors related to the recycling and (or) reuse of typical insulating materials for electrical equipment and polymers. This assessment information helps developers and design engineers select polymer materials and polymer products, and contributes to resource conservation and minimizes end-of-life disposal costs of products. The environmental compatibility of polymer materials should be evaluated according to the function of insulating materials in the product and its entire service life, and the material recycling at the end of product life is one of its important factors. The amount of material recovered from a recycling program can be increased through proper product dismantling design and selection of commonly used insulation materials. This standard only covers the recycling of materials from recycling.
