《GB/T 3075-2008金属材料 疲劳试验 轴向力控制方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC4(全国钢标准化技术委员会力学及工艺性能试验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准于1982年首次发布。
本标准修改采用ISO 1099:2006《金属材料 疲劳试验 轴向力控制方法》(英文版)。
本标准代替GB/T 3075-1982《金属轴向疲劳试验方法》。本标准与GB/T 3075-1982,内容有较大的修改,编写结构不完全对应。
本标准旨在为金属材料试样轴向等幅力控制的循环疲劳试验提供疲劳寿命数据(例如,应力对失效的循环数)的指导。
本标准规定了室温下金属材料试样(没有引入应力集中)轴向等幅力控制疲劳试验的条件。提供给定材料在不同应力比下,施加应力和失效循环周次之间的关系。
本标准适用于圆形和矩形横截面试样的轴向力控制疲劳试验,产品构件和其他特殊形状试样的检测不包括在内。
本标准与GB/T 3075-1982在以下方面的技术内容进行了较大修改和补充:
―――名词术语由12个增加至15个;
―――结构内容增加范围、规范性引用文件、试验计划,删去了原标准的试样的符号及名称、附录A和附录B,并将原附录A的试样加工要求编入正文;
―――试样形状中删去了缺口型试样,增加了试样温度测量的要求;
―――试验装置中增加了同轴度检查的要求,同时删去原标准的附录B 电阻应变片测定轴向疲劳试验机上试样弯曲百分率方法;
―――删去了条件疲劳极限和S-N曲线的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the conditions for axial constant-amplitude force-controlled fatigue tests on metallic material specimens (without introducing stress concentration) at room temperature. Provides the relationship between applied stress and cycles to failure for a given material at different stress ratios. This standard applies to axial force controlled fatigue tests of circular and rectangular cross-sections, and does not include testing of product components and other special-shaped specimens.
