《GB/T 30788-2014钢制管道外部缠绕防腐蚀冷缠矿脂带作业规范》由TC381（全国腐蚀控制标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了钢制管道及异型件(如法兰、阀门、三通、四通等)外表面采用防腐蚀冷缠矿脂带进行防腐蚀施工的材料要求、设计、施工和验收。
本标准适用于大气环境(包括潮湿环境)中的钢制管道及异型件外部防腐蚀层的防腐蚀冷缠矿脂带施工,其他适合冷缠矿脂带使用的异型钢制结构等外防腐亦可参照本标准执行。
Scope
This standard specifies the material requirements, design, construction and acceptance of anti-corrosion cold-wrapped petrolatum tape on the outer surface of steel pipes and special-shaped parts (such as flanges, valves, tees, crosses, etc.). This standard is applicable to the construction of anti-corrosion cold-wrapped petrolatum tape for the external anti-corrosion layer of steel pipes and special-shaped parts in the atmospheric environment (including humid environment). It can be implemented with reference to this standard.
