GB/T30790的本部分论述了采用防护涂料体系对钢结构进行防腐蚀保护时技术规格书的制定。

Scope

This part of GB/T 30790 discusses the formulation of technical specifications for the corrosion protection of steel structures using protective coating systems. Involves new and maintenance painting in the workshop or on site as well as corrosion protection of individual workpieces. This part of ISO 10000 focuses on the corrosion protection of steel structures exposed to different corrosive stress environmental conditions (for example: indoors, outdoors, immersed in water or buried in soil, and special stresses caused by moderate or high temperatures). Therefore, different durability ranges need to be considered. This standard also covers the protection of hot-dip galvanized, sprayed metal, electrogalvanized or powder galvanized steel surfaces and painted steel surfaces. Appendix B describes the reference surfaces for assessing the quality of construction of corrosion protection and the performance of the protective paint systems used. Appendix C and Appendix D provide a detailed flow chart on the planning of new and maintenance coating protection, which should be taken into account when writing technical specifications. If extreme corrosion stress or high temperature conditions exist, or if the protective coating system is applied to other substrates, for example, non-ferrous metals or concrete, these factors should also be taken into account when writing the technical specification. This part of GB/T 30790 can also be used as guidance in this case.
