《GB/T 30908-2014摄影 加工废液 硼的测定》由TC102(全国感光材料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了两种方法测定摄影加工废液中的硼。
方法 A 是甘露醇硼酸络合物法,用甘露醇硼酸络合物(一种比硼酸酸性强的酸)滴定的方法测定硼
酸盐,适用范围是硼含量高于0.1mg/L。在0.1 mg/L~5 mg/L 范围内,磷酸盐用乙酸铅沉淀去除。
在1mg/L~100mg/L范围内,样品稀释25倍,如果磷的浓度低于500mg/L,就可以去除磷的干扰。
方法 B是亚甲基蓝分光光度法,适用于硼浓度范围在0.1mg/L~1.0mg/L。
本标准适用于摄影加工过程所排放废液中硼的分析。
Scope
This standard specifies two methods for the determination of boron in photographic processing waste liquid. Method A is the mannitol boric acid complex method, using the titration method of mannitol boric acid complex (an acid stronger than boric acid) to determine borate, and the scope of application is that the boron content is higher than 0.1 mg/L. In the range of 0.1 mg/L~5 mg/L, phosphate was removed by precipitation with lead acetate. In the range of 1 mg/L~100 mg/L, the sample was diluted 25 times, and if the concentration of phosphorus was lower than 500 mg/L, the interference of phosphorus could be removed. Method B is methylene blue spectrophotometry, suitable for boron concentrations ranging from 0.1 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L. This standard applies to the analysis of boron in waste liquid discharged from photographic processing.
