Introduction

1. Scope and applicability of the standard

GB/T 30984.3—2016 mainly specifies the terms and definitions, classification and specifications, material requirements, technical indicators and test methods of glass reflectors for solar energy. It is applicable to glass reflectors in the fields of solar thermal systems, concentrated photovoltaics, etc., and also provides a reference standard for other types of reflectors.

2. Explanation of key terms

Solar Hemispherical Reflectance

The ratio of the solar radiation flux reflected by the sample within a 2π solid angle to the incident flux in the wavelength range of 300nm to 2500nm.

Specular Reflectance

Under the conditions of specific light source and receiving angle, the ratio of the reflected luminous flux of the sample in the specular reflection direction to the incident luminous flux.
