《GB/T 31067-2014桥梁防雷技术规范》由TC258（全国雷电防护标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了桥梁防雷设计、施工、防雷工程质量检测与验收和维护与管理等内容。
本标准适用于新建、改建、扩建梁式桥、拱式桥、刚构桥、斜拉桥、悬索桥等钢结构或钢筋混凝土结构
桥梁的防雷设计、施工、验收及防雷装置的维护与管理。
本标准不适用于木桥、圬工桥、立交桥、人行天桥、高架桥以及高速铁路桥防雷。
其他经评估存在雷电灾害风险的已建桥梁可参照本标准执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the content of bridge lightning protection design, construction, quality inspection and acceptance, maintenance and management of lightning protection projects. This standard is applicable to the lightning protection design, construction, acceptance and maintenance and management of lightning protection devices for newly built, rebuilt and expanded beam bridges, arch bridges, rigid frame bridges, cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges and other steel or reinforced concrete bridges. This standard does not apply to lightning protection of wooden bridges, masonry bridges, overpasses, pedestrian bridges, viaducts and high-speed railway bridges. Other existing bridges that have been assessed to have the risk of lightning disasters can refer to this standard.
