Scope

This standard specifies the data model of the data element, the description specification of the data element attribute of the science and technology platform, the design process and operation guide of the data element, the registration and maintenance management of the data element, and gives the guide for writing the data element standard of the science and technology platform. This standard applies to the design and management of data elements in the construction, management and service activities of technology platforms.
