《GB/T 31078-2014低温仓储作业规范》由TC269（全国物流标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了低温仓储的入库作业、储存作业、出库作业、环境控制、安全控制及信息处理的要求。
本标准适用于公共低温仓库的仓储作业活动,自营低温仓库的仓储作业活动可参照执行。
本标准不适用于人工调控气体成分的低温仓库、仓储作业自动化的低温仓库、储存危险品或有毒有害物品的低温仓库,以及国家相关部门有特殊要求的低温仓库的仓储作业活动。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for storage operations, storage operations, storage operations, environmental control, safety control and information processing of low-temperature storage. This standard applies to storage operations in public low-temperature warehouses, and storage operations in self-operated low-temperature warehouses can be implemented as a reference. This standard does not apply to low-temperature warehouses that manually adjust the gas composition, low-temperature warehouses that automate storage operations, low-temperature warehouses that store dangerous or toxic or hazardous materials, and storage operations in low-temperature warehouses that have special requirements from relevant state departments.
