《GB/T 31140-2014高原用风力发电设备环境技术要求》由TC330（全国高原电工产品环境技术标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了使用在海拔1000m 以上至海拔5000m 环境的风力发电设备运行技术要求。
本标准适用的风力发电设备主要指:发电机(包括双馈异步发电机和永磁同步发电机)、变流器(包括双馈式变流器和全功率变流器)和控制系统(包括主控制系统和电动变桨控制系统等)。
控制系统使用在海拔2000m 以上至海拔5000m。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the operation of wind power equipment used in environments above 1 000 m above sea level to 5 000 m above sea level. The wind power generation equipment to which this standard applies mainly refers to: generators (including doubly-fed asynchronous generators and permanent magnet synchronous generators), converters (including doubly-fed converters and full-power converters) and control systems (including main control system and electric pitch control system, etc.). The control system is used at altitudes above 2 000 m to 5 000 m above sea level.
