Scope
This standard specifies the requirements and methods for assessing whether or not nursing dependence is required and the degree of physical disability or mental disorder caused by personal injury after the end of treatment. This standard applies to the assessment of the degree of dependence on personal injury care, but if the country has special regulations, follow those regulations.
