本标准规定了1000kV电力系统继电保护装置及安全自动装置的检测技术条件、检测项目、技术要求、试验方法及检测结果的判定方法。
本标准适用于电力系统继电保护检测部门和研制部门在进行型式试验时应遵循的基本方法。

Scope

This standard specifies the testing technical conditions, testing items, technical requirements, test methods and methods for judging test results of relay protection devices and safety automatic devices in 1 000 kV power systems. This standard applies to the basic methods that should be followed by the power system relay protection testing department and the research and development department when conducting type tests.
