《GB/T 31270.16-2014化学农药环境安全评价试验准则第16部分：土壤微生物毒性试验》由326（农业农村部）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
GB/T31270的本部分规定了CO2吸收法和氮转化法测定化学农药对土壤微生物毒性的材料、条件、操作、质量控制、数据处理、试验报告等的基本要求。
本部分适用于为化学农药登记而进行的土壤微生物毒性试验,其他类型的农药可参照使用。
本部分不适用于易挥发和难溶解的化学农药。

Scope

This part of GB/T 31270 specifies the basic requirements for materials, conditions, operations, quality control, data processing, test reports, etc. for the determination of the toxicity of chemical pesticides to soil microorganisms by CO₂ absorption method and nitrogen conversion method. This part applies to the soil microbial toxicity test for the registration of chemical pesticides, other types of pesticides can be used by reference. This section does not apply to volatile and poorly soluble chemical pesticides.
