《GB/T 3140-1995纤维增强塑料平均比热容试验方法》由609（中国建筑材料联合会）归口。
本标准规定了用混合法，采用铜块量热计，测定纤维增强塑料的平均比热容。本标准适用于平均温度约60℃(100℃到20℃)，即试样被加热到100℃的纤维增强塑料的平均比热容。本标准不适用于在100℃时发软变形的试样。
Scope
This standard specifies the method of mixing and using a copper block calorimeter to determine the average specific heat capacity of fiber-reinforced plastics. This standard applies to the average specific heat capacity of fiber-reinforced plastics with an average temperature of about 60°C (100°C to 20°C), that is, the sample is heated to 100°C. This standard does not apply to samples that soften and deform at 100°C.
