《GB/T 31405-2015管道耐蚀涂敷层高温阴极剥离试验方法》由TC381（全国腐蚀控制标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了评价管道外防腐层耐高温阴极剥离性能的加速试验方法。
本标准适用于具有阴极保护且运行温度高于常温的埋地管道绝缘外防腐层耐高温阴极剥离性能的对比测试。
本标准给出了对浸没或全部浸泡在高温溶液中的防腐层阴极剥离性能的测试方法。若试件要求在室温下测试,可采用SY/T0037。若试件不能浸没或浸泡时,可采用SY/T0094。

Scope

This standard specifies the accelerated test method for evaluating the high temperature cathodic disbonding performance of the external anticorrosion layer of pipelines. This standard applies to the comparative test of the high temperature cathodic disbonding performance of the insulation outer anticorrosion layer of buried pipelines with cathodic protection and operating temperature higher than normal temperature. This standard gives the test method for the cathodic disbondment performance of the anti-corrosion coating immersed or fully immersed in high temperature solution. If the test piece is required to be tested at room temperature, SY/T 0037 can be used. If the test piece cannot be submerged or soaked, SY/T 0094 can be used.
