本标准规定了节水型坐便器、蹲便器、小便器、陶瓷片密封水嘴、机械式压力冲洗阀、非接触式给水器具、延时自闭水嘴、淋浴用花洒的术语和定义、材料、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和标识、包装和贮存。
本标准适用于安装在静压力不大于0.6MPa的供水管路上的节水型卫生洁具。
Sanitary fixture for water saving
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and identification, and packaging and storage of water-saving pedestal pans, squatting pans, urinals, ceramic cartridge faucets, mechanical pressure flushing valves, non-contact water supply devices, delay self-closing faucets and shower outlets for bathing.
This standard is applicable to sanitary fixture for water saving installed on water supply pipelines with static pressure not greater than 0.6MPa.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

water-saving pedestal pan
pedestal pan with an average water consumption of not greater than 5.0L upon the test according to the method specified in this standard
3.2
high-efficiency water-saving pedestal pan
pedestal pan with an average water consumption of not greater than 4.0L upon the test according to the method specified in this standard
3.3
water-saving squatting pan
squatting pan with an average water consumption of not greater than 6.0L upon the test according to the method specified in this standard
3.4
high-efficiency water-saving squatting pan
squatting pan with an average water consumption of not greater than 5.0L upon the test according to the method specified in this standard
3.5
water-saving urinal
urinal with an average water consumption of not greater than 3.0L upon the test according to the method specified in this standard
3.6
high-efficiency water-saving urinal
urinal with an average water consumption of not greater than 1.9L upon the test according to the method specified in this standard
3.7
flush cycle
the whole process from the start of the flushing device to the completion of one flush and preparation of a second flush

water consumption
amount of water used by toilet fittings to complete a flush cycle
