《GB/T 31461-2015火力发电机组快速减负荷控制技术导则》由TC376（全国电站过程监控及信息标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准规定了火力发电厂发电机组快速减负荷控制的技术要求及试验和验收内容、方法。
本标准适用于300 MW 及以上等级煤粉锅炉火力发电机组,其他类型的火力发电机组可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test and acceptance contents and methods for rapid load reduction control of generating units in thermal power plants. This standard applies to 300 MW and above pulverized coal boiler thermal power generating units, and other types of thermal generating units can be implemented as a reference.
