《GB/T 31484-2015电动汽车用动力蓄电池循环寿命要求及试验方法》由TC114(全国汽车标准化技术委员会)归口,TC114SC27(全国汽车标准化技术委员会电动车辆分会)执行,主管部门为工业和信息化部。
本标准规定了电动汽车用动力蓄电池的标准循环寿命的要求、试验方法、检验规则和工况循环寿命的试验方法、检验规则。
本标准适用于装载在电动汽车上的动力蓄电池(以下简称蓄电池)。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules for standard cycle life and the test methods and inspection rules for working cycle life of traction battery of electric vehicles.
This standard is applicable to traction battery installed on electric vehicle (hereinafter referred to as “battery”).

3 Terminologies and Definitions

For the purposes of this standard, the terminologies and definitions given in GB/T 2900.41 and GB/T 19596 and the following ones apply.

Secondary cell
The basic unit device which directly transforms chemical energy into electric energy, includes electrode, diaphragm, electrolyte, enclosure and terminal and is also designed to rechargeable.
