《GB/T 31592-2015消防安全工程 总则》由TC113(全国消防标准化技术委员会)归口,TC113SC13(全国消防标准化技术委员会建筑消防安全工程分会)执行,主管部门为应急管理部。
本标准规定了消防安全工程方法的术语和定义,并对适用范围、使用流程、消防安全目标、功能要求和性能判据的确定、火灾场景的设计和评估,以及消防安全工程方案的实施等做出基本规定和要求。
本标准适用于建设工程消防性能化设计和评估。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of fire safety engineering methods, and specifies the scope of application, application process, determination of fire safety objectives, functional requirements and performance criteria, design and evaluation of fire scenarios, and implementation of fire safety engineering schemes. Set out the basic rules and requirements. This standard is applicable to the performance-based design and evaluation of fire protection in construction projects.
