《GB/T 3186-2006色漆、清漆和色漆与清漆用原材料 取样》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了色漆、清漆和色漆与清漆用原材料的几种人工取样方法。这些产品包括液体以及加热时能液化却不发生化学变化的物料，也包括粉状和膏状物料。可以从罐、柱状桶、贮槽、集装箱、槽车或槽船中取样，也可以从鼓状桶、袋、大包、贮仓、贮仓车或传送带上取样。
