《GB/T 31900-2015机织儿童服装》由TC219（全国服装标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准规定了机织儿童服装的要求、检验方法、检验分类规则，以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等全部技术特征。
本标准适用于以纺织机织物为主要面料生产的儿童服装。
本标准不适用于年龄在36个月及以下的婴幼儿服装。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection classification rules, as all as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and all other technical characteristics of woven children's clothing.
This standard is applicable to the children's clothing produced with textile as the main fabric.
This standard is not applicable to the clothing for infants of 36 months or less.

3 Requirements

3.1 Application instruction
The application instruction shall comply with the requirements of GB 5296.4.
3.2 Size and specification
3.2.1 The size designation shall be in accordance with those specified in GB/T 1335.
3.2.2 The specification for major positions of the finished products shall be designed according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 1335.
3.3 Raw materials
3.3.1 Fabrics
Fabrics meeting the quality requirements of this standard shall be adopted according to the relevant national standards for textile fabrics.
