《GB/T 31931-2015钢板及钢带 锌及锌合金镀层中六价铬含量的测定 二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定六价铬含量的方法。
本标准适用于钢板及钢带表面锌及锌合金镀层,其中包括镀纯锌、锌铁合金、锌铝和铝锌合金表面六价铬含量的测定。测定范围:2μg/g~100μg/g或0.020μg/cm2~10μg/cm2。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of hexavalent chromium content by diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry. This standard applies to zinc and zinc alloy coatings on the surface of steel sheets and strips, including the determination of hexavalent chromium content on the surface of pure zinc, zinc-iron alloys, zinc-aluminum and aluminum-zinc alloys. Measuring range: 2 μg/g~100 μg/g or 0.020 μg/cm2~10 μg/cm2.
