Introduction

GB/T32011-2015 Standard Overview

This standard specifies the test method for determining the fatigue resistance of the seams of textile materials used in automotive interiors, and is applicable to woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics, coated fabrics and composite fabrics.

Standard dimensions Technical requirements Implementation points
Test equipment Seam fatigue tester: reciprocating speed 30 times/minute, stroke 150mm, load (3±0.1)kg. The equipment needs to be calibrated regularly to ensure that the accuracy meets the requirements.
Specimen preparation Take 6 specimens in each direction, with a size of 100mm×100mm. Ensure that the specimens avoid wrinkles, cloth edges and obvious defects.
Test parameters Number of cycles: 2500 times, load: (3±0.1)kg, maximum pinhole elongation value accurate to 0.5mm. Record fabric or seam damage and mark it in the report.
