本标准规定了水性墨水圆珠笔和笔芯的术语和定义、分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于一般书写和文件书写用水性墨水圆珠笔(换芯式和不可换芯式)和笔芯(以下称为“水性圆珠笔”和“笔芯”)。

1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of roller ball pens and refills.

This standard is applicable to roller ball pens (refillable and non-refillable) and refills (hereinafter referred to as "roller ball pens" and "refills") for general use and documentary use.

ball pen using the ink with a dynamic viscosity less than 20mPa•s (20cP) at (23±2)℃
