《GB/T 32076.3-2015预载荷高强度栓接结构连接副 第3部分：HR型 大六角头螺栓和螺母连接副》由TC85（全国紧固件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
GB/T32076的本部分与 GB/T32076.1规定了螺纹规格为 M12~M36、大六角系列、性能等级为8.8/8和10.9/10、HR型、预载荷连接的高强度栓接结构螺栓和螺母连接副。
本部分设计的螺栓和螺母连接副允许的预载荷≥0.7Rm ×A1)s ,并主要由螺栓的塑性伸长保证延伸性能。为此,零件应有以下特性:
―――1型(标准)螺母高度,如 GB/T6170;
―――螺栓的螺纹长度按 GB/T3106。
本部分规定的螺栓和螺母连接副,还应包括按GB/T32076.5(仅在螺母支承面下)或/和GB/T32076.6规定的垫圈。

预载荷适应性试验见 GB/T32076.2。
本部分适用于工业与民用建筑、桥梁、塔桅结构、锅炉钢结构、起重机械及其他钢结构用预载荷连接的高强度螺栓连接副。
附录 A 给出了螺栓和螺母连接副的总夹紧长度和夹紧长度。
附录 B给出了欧洲钢结构螺栓连接副两种应用型式说明。

Scope

This part of GB/T 32076 and GB/T 32076.1 stipulate the high-strength bolted structural bolts with thread specifications M12~M36, large hexagonal series, performance grades 8.8/8 and 10.9/10, HR type, preloaded connections and Nut connection pair. The allowable preload of the bolt and nut connection pair designed in this part is ≥0.7R_m×A_s, and the elongation performance is mainly guaranteed by the plastic elongation of the bolt. For this purpose, the parts should have the following characteristics: --Height of type 1 (standard) nut, such as GB/T 6170; --The thread length of bolt is according to GB/T 3106. The bolt and nut connection pairs specified in this section shall also include washers specified in GB/T 32076.5 (only under the nut bearing surface) or/and GB/T 32076.6. See GB/T 32076.2 for preload adaptability test. This part applies to industrial and civil buildings, bridges, tower mast structures, boiler steel structures, hoisting machinery and other high-strength bolted connections for preloaded steel structures. Appendix A gives the total clamping length and clamping length of the bolt and nut joints. Appendix B gives a description of the two application types of bolted joints in European steel structures.
